Booking Policy

Last updated: 08/08/2026

This policy applies to all services booked or purchased through Gifted Minds, LLC, including consultations, strategy sessions, the CEO Legal First Response Session™, audits, workshops, custom projects and toolkits, subscriptions, and digital products. By booking a service or completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

1. Scope of Services — What This Is and Is Not

All services are provided for educational, informational, and general business-development purposes within a consulting scope. Sessions include general legal information, legal-business strategy, and issue-spotting. They do not include legal representation, formal legal opinions, litigation advice, court representation, enforcement action, or jurisdiction-specific legal conclusions.

Gifted Minds, LLC is not a law firm and does not practice law. Booking any service, attending any session, or purchasing any product does not create an attorney-client relationship, and no attorney-client privilege applies. Guidance provided is general in nature and is not a substitute for individualized legal counsel from a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.

2. Payment

Payment in full is required at the time of booking unless a quote or written agreement explicitly states otherwise. Your appointment is not reserved or confirmed until payment is successfully processed. Services are purchased by and for one business and are not transferable to another person or entity.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided and that the information you supply is true, correct, and complete. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, and by submitting your information you authorize us to share it with those providers subject to our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to service availability, pricing or description errors, or suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.

3. What Your Fee Reserves

Your fee reserves a dedicated block of one-on-one time and the preparation that precedes it, including review of your intake and submitted documents before we meet. That preparation begins when your intake is submitted. The fee covers both the scheduled session and the work performed in advance of it.

4. All Fees Are Non-Refundable

All session and service fees are final and non-refundable. This applies whether you cancel, do not attend, reschedule, or decide not to proceed, and applies whether or not the session has taken place. Failure to use a product or service you purchased does not entitle you to a refund or to refuse payment of associated charges. The single exception is described in Section 11.

5. Rescheduling — One Time Only

You may reschedule your session one time at no charge, provided you give at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled start time. The rescheduled session must take place within 14 days of your original date. Rescheduling is permitted once per purchase. A second reschedule request will not be accommodated, and the fee is forfeited if the rescheduled session is not attended.

If Gifted Minds must reschedule, you will be notified promptly and offered the next available appointment at no cost to you.

6. Late Cancellation and No-Shows

Cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice, or failing to attend your scheduled session, forfeits the full fee. No credit is issued and the session is not rescheduled.

7. Session Credit and Expiration

If you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice and do not rebook at the time of cancellation, your payment converts to a Session Credit. A Session Credit is valid for 30 days from your original session date and may be applied one time toward a rescheduled session of the same service. Session Credits are not redeemable for cash, cannot be transferred, cannot be applied to any other product or service, and expire in full at the end of the 30-day period. Expired credits are forfeited and will not be reinstated or extended.

8. Intake Is Required

Your completed intake form and supporting documents are due at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. If they are not received in time, the session may proceed without document review, be shortened to the remaining scheduled time, or be treated as a no-show under Section 6. Preparation cannot be performed on materials received late.

Each session includes review of up to three core documents totaling approximately 25 pages. Situations requiring broader review are addressed within an implementation package rather than through extended session time. Sessions run 45–60 minutes and are not extended.

9. Implementation Credit

The Implementation Credit is separate from the Session Credit in Section 7 and follows different terms.

If you purchase a recommended implementation package priced $697 or more within 14 days of your completed CEO Legal First Response Session™, your full session fee is credited toward that package. A $100 courtesy credit applies to Before You Commit™. The Implementation Credit runs from the date your session is completed and is not extended by rescheduling, cancellation, or delayed intake. It does not apply to self-directed digital products, templates, or subscription offerings, may not be combined with any other discount, promotion, or credit, and is limited to one per client.

10. Introductory Pricing

Where an introductory rate is offered, it is available through the stated end date and is limited to one session per business. Businesses under common ownership, affiliated or related entities, and multiple brands operated by the same owner are treated as a single business for this purpose.

Introductory pricing is not retroactive and does not apply to sessions purchased before or after the introductory period. Sessions purchased at an introductory rate may not be resold, transferred, gifted, or held for later use, and must be scheduled and attended within 30 days of purchase. Introductory pricing cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or credit, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Additional sessions are billed at the then-current standard rate.

11. Declined Engagements — The Only Refund

Where your intake shows the matter requires licensed legal representation — including active litigation, service of process, an attorney demand letter, or an imminent filing deadline — we may decline the engagement before the session takes place and refund your fee in full. This is the only circumstance in which a refund is issued.

12. Custom Projects, Toolkits & Quotes

All custom work is performed per the agreed quote, which will detail the scope of work, estimated timeframe, deliverables, and associated costs. It is the client's responsibility to read and understand the quote before booking. Any amendments or additional work are subject to additional cost and will be undertaken only once agreed by both parties in writing. Gifted Minds reserves the right to revise the quote if the project scope or requirements change; the revised quote will be provided for approval before additional work proceeds.

Final costs depend on the type of toolkit or project and the time spent on it. Unless otherwise stated in the quote, all project-related expenses — including travel, mileage, lodging, postage, duplication, media production, and similar items — will be invoiced on the final invoice.

Deposit

Custom projects and toolkits require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the estimated cost before work begins. The deposit covers initial planning and preparation, including legal document preparation, business development, contractual negotiation, and related strategy work. The deposit is applied toward the final invoice, which reflects actual time spent and expenses incurred. The deposit does not guarantee or cover the final project cost, and is forfeited if the client cancels the project or changes the scope of work after work has commenced.

Clients who fail to meet established credit terms may be placed on C.O.D. terms, and clients who fail to meet C.O.D. terms may be placed on a prepayment basis.

13. Subscriptions

Billing

Some services are billed on a recurring subscription basis, monthly or annually depending on the plan selected. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle under the same terms unless cancelled by you or by Gifted Minds. You may cancel renewal through your online account or by contacting support. A valid payment method is required, and by submitting payment information you authorize Gifted Minds to charge all subscription fees incurred through your account. If automatic billing fails, an electronic invoice will be issued with a deadline for manual payment.

Free Trials

Gifted Minds may offer free trials at its discretion. If billing information is collected at signup, you will not be charged until the trial expires; unless you cancel before the last day of the trial, the applicable subscription fee will be charged automatically. Gifted Minds may modify or cancel free trial offers at any time.

Fee Changes and Refunds

Subscription fees may be modified with reasonable prior notice, effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle. Continued use after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new fee. Subscription refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of Gifted Minds.

14. Digital Products and Templates

All digital products, including downloadable templates, guides, and workbooks, are delivered upon purchase and are strictly non-refundable. Each purchase includes a single-user business license limited to your personal and internal business use. Reproducing, reselling, sharing, or distributing our templates, forms, or documents without written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

15. Intellectual Property

All documents, templates, digital files, course materials, presentations, worksheets, and resources provided before, during, or after any booked service are the exclusive intellectual property of Gifted Minds, LLC and are protected by U.S. and international copyright law. For free and paid products, you are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial, informational, and educational use only. You may not copy, sell, share, modify, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit these materials without express written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

16. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

By booking, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree that your fees are non-refundable as described. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in place of following this policy is a material breach of this agreement. In that event, any outstanding credits are forfeited, access to Gifted Minds, LLC services and products may be revoked, and Gifted Minds reserves the right to contest the dispute using your booking records and signed acknowledgment of this policy, and to recover the disputed amount together with reasonable costs and fees incurred in addressing an improper chargeback, through any lawful means.

17. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Gifted Minds does not guarantee any specific business, financial, legal, or operational outcome. Results vary based on individual implementation, market conditions, and business decisions. All business decisions made following a session are the sole responsibility of the client.

18. No Warranties

This limitation applies whether liability arises from negligence, breach of contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

20. Insurance

Gifted Minds will maintain necessary insurance policies, including public liability and professional indemnity coverage, for its provision of services. The client is responsible for obtaining and maintaining its own insurance for any property, equipment, or personnel required for a project, and shall indemnify and hold harmless Gifted Minds against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, expenses, or costs arising from property, equipment, or personnel owned or operated by the client.

21. Client Responsibilities
