Because of the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital delivery, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been issued.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be considered if:

• You were charged multiple times for the same order due to a technical error, or

• You did not receive your download link after 24 hours and our support team cannot verify delivery.

1. Digital Product Delivery

After completing your purchase, you will:

• Receive a digital download link sent to the email address provided at purchase.

• Be able to instantly access and download your files in PDF or Word format.

If you do not receive your digital download link within 15 minutes of purchase, please:

2. Delivery Times

Digital products are available immediately after payment is processed. If you purchased during a pre-order or special launch, files will be delivered to your email inbox on the product release date stated on the checkout page.

3. Shipping Costs
