Because of the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital delivery, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been issued.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be considered if:

• You were charged multiple times for the same order due to a technical error, or
• You did not receive your download link after 24 hours and our support team cannot verify delivery.

1. Digital Product Delivery

No physical items are shipped.

After completing your purchase, you will:

• Receive an order confirmation email within minutes of checkout.
• Receive a digital download link sent to the email address provided at purchase.
• Be able to instantly access and download your files in PDF or Word format.

If you do not receive your digital download link within 15 minutes of purchase, please:

• Check your spam/junk folder.
• Contact us at support@giftedmindsllc.com with your order number, and we’ll resend your files promptly.

2. Delivery Times

Digital products are available immediately after payment is processed.
If you purchased during a pre-order or special launch, files will be delivered to your email inbox on the product release date stated on the checkout page.

3. Shipping Costs

Because our products are digital, there are no shipping fees associated with your order.

4. File Access & Download Limits

Each purchase includes one (1) license for personal or single-business use.
