1. Digital Product Policy
All products sold by Gifted Minds LLC, including the Legal AI Protection Pack™, e-workbooks, toolkits, templates, and training materials, are digital downloads that provide instant access upon purchase.
Because of the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital delivery, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been issued.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will only be considered if:
You were charged multiple times for the same order due to a technical error, or
You did not receive your download link after 24 hours and our support team cannot verify delivery.
If either situation applies, please contact our support team at support@giftedmindsllc.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number for resolution.
3. Product Satisfaction

1. Digital Product Delivery

After completing your purchase, you will:
Receive an order confirmation email within minutes of checkout.
Receive a digital download link sent to the email address provided at purchase.
Be able to instantly access and download your files in PDF or Word format.
If you do not receive your digital download link within 15 minutes of purchase, please:

2. Delivery Times
Digital products are available immediately after payment is processed. If you purchased during a pre-order or special launch, files will be delivered to your email inbox on the product release date stated on the checkout page.
3. Shipping Costs

4. File Access & Download Limits
Each purchase includes one (1) license for personal or single-business use. You may download the files up to three (3) times for backup or personal storage purposes. File sharing, resale, or redistribution is strictly prohibited under our Terms of Use.
