Intellectual Property Rights All documents, templates, digital files, course materials, presentations, worksheets, and resources provided before, during, or after any booked service are the exclusive intellectual property of the service provider. Provider Rescheduling: Should the service provider need to reschedule, the client will be notified and offered the next available appointment. 6. No Guarantee of Outcomes The service provider does not guarantee any specific business, financial, legal, or operational outcome.
