Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 8/8/2026 WHAT WE ARE — AND ARE NOT. All services provide legal-business strategy, general legal information, and issue-spotting within a consulting scope. Gifted Minds, LLC is not a law firm and does not practice law. No attorney-client relationship is created, and our guidance is not a substitute for licensed legal counsel in your jurisdiction. PAYMENT. Payment in full is due at booking. Your appointment is not confirmed until payment is processed. Services are purchased by and for one business and are not transferable. ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Your fee reserves dedicated one-on-one time plus the preparation performed before we meet. Fees are final whether you cancel, reschedule, miss your session, or choose not to proceed. One exception: if your intake shows your matter requires licensed legal representation, we may decline the engagement before your session and refund you in full. This is the only refund we issue. RESCHEDULING & CREDITS. You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice; the new session must occur within 14 days of your original date. Cancelling with proper notice without rebooking converts your payment to a Session Credit valid 14 days — one use, no cash value, non-transferable, expires in full. Late cancellations, no-shows, and second reschedule requests forfeit the fee. INTAKE. Your intake form and documents are due 24 hours before your session. Late materials may shorten or forfeit the session. CUSTOM PROJECTS & TOOLKITS. Custom work proceeds per an approved written quote and requires a non-refundable 50% deposit, applied toward your final invoice. Scope changes are billed additionally. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & IP. Digital products are delivered on purchase and are strictly non-refundable. Each purchase includes a single-user business license. All materials are the intellectual property of Gifted Minds, LLC and may not be copied, shared, resold, or repurposed without written consent. DISPUTES. By booking, you accept this policy. Improper chargebacks forfeit outstanding credits, may end your access to our services, and may result in recovery of the disputed amount and related costs. NO GUARANTEES. We do not guarantee specific business, financial, or legal outcomes. Your results depend on your implementation and decisions. This policy may be updated at any time; the current version governs.
